Today,i woke feeling pissed and shocked.. N when i took a little peek at the phone,i withdrawn cause i was afraid of what might be inside the text message.. But no matter,i read it anyway and again felt a surge of motivation flowing from my heart straight to every little part of my body giving me more strength to run through the day :)
haha,today was quite the day.. At first my class starts out at 7.30am,miss azleyana came a wittle bitty late cuz she had some errands to do... So,we started around 8.. Well,on this day we had our very first practical of the semester. We were suppose to be introduced to the technique and instruments used to sterilize most of our instruments in the lab.. Well,things were going well.. I felt like i missed someone at this particular time :P So,miss brought us to the preparation room well all the stuff were placed. She showed us the lamina flow(a desk covered with glass),it is used when we want to transfer microorganism from one medium to another and she also showed us how to clean and sterelize it :)
After that,she showed us the autoclave(a washing machine kinda machine). I tot like "yeaa,nothing la nie kan.." Then we she open the hatch,a super stinky winky dirty sharp hissing kinda smell came up like a bomb!! Haha,terkejut giler.. Sampai terbatuk2,miss kata if u can't stand the smell dont take this course,Lol.. haha,autoclave is a machine that is used to sterilize(musnahkan) bacteria pada item2 lab. If u had done some experiment with microbes. U need to sterilize it then only u can throw it away.. bau busuk dier buat u sanggup duduk sblh tong sampah u for 1 week :p Haha,afta that she showed us the hot air oven(mcm oven) and incubator(to keep and store microbes)
So,that was all what miss azleyana showed us.. After that we had parasitology class.. But the thing is,we needed stool(taik) utk buat experiment! tP,GROUP i xde sample so kiranya mcm kelam kabut.. I ngan kwn i terus beli papaya 2 slice and ate it whole bajet dpt labur afta that la.. tp tak rasa apa2 pown.. Frust je.. So sbg last resort kita mcm mintak sedekah kat org.. Bila ada je org nak masuk tandas i akn tanya guy and my friend akan tanya girl wether mereka sanggup derma stool(taik) mereka utk kita punya experiment.
PUnya dah lma cari masih tak dpt nak cari donor yang rela hati dan sporting tau... Frust je masa tu.. But i had a plan,i bought 2 glasses of teh tarik and drank both so i dpt feeling dlm perut lebih cepat sblm org lain.. Tp,pencarian masih belum berakhir.. Bila dah rasa mcm nak give up bila takder manusia pown yang nak sumbangkan... 10 minutes befor class i GOT the feeling tau! Apa lg! Botol sample! haha,i terus masuk tandas dan did what i have to do! hehe
Bila dah puas hati dan bagi everything that i got in my belly,i masuk la kelas.. MIss Rosilawati which is our parasitology lecturer pown masuk ngan penuh gaya dan "fines"! She started to give explanation and theoretical procedure to check wether u have parasit in ur belly! While she was talking,i was like shaking all over cause i was scared wether or not i have parasit in my gastro-intestinal tract... :( Haha,when finished she asked the chief of ever group to take the instrument,i dgr je tu terus kaki i lembik! haha,nak buat mcmn,nervous punya pasl :P Haha,letak iodine(pewarna) on the slide and tgk2 kita kene just amik sikit je sample mcm setitik je stool(taik) tu tau! Buat penat je i bg full force! Haha,membazir je tau! Then bila dah pakai lab coat and glove and mask.. Kita pown letak la slide bwh microscope.. Cari punya cari,guess what we find... :)
Kita nampak mcm benda2 pelik tau and i tak pernah nampak benda yang begitu clear and cantik tau... tak sangka our own stool could look so beautiful! haha,serius cantik sgt! If i hav the chance.. I akan buatkan utk kwn2 i dan let u see how beautiful ur stool is! :)
